Our griddle comes with a hood to cover the cooking surface while not in use and the entire unit is black powder coated. The griddle is thick cold rolled steel and our Griller's Cleaning Kit can be used to clean and bring griddles back to life.
Portability
Flexibility is a MUST in today's world and this griddle provides 2 in 1 portability. The top griddle section can be easily removed (NO tools needed) and taken easily with you camping or for picnics. Camping, you can set the griddle on the ground, on a picnic table or any where that makes sense for you.
