The Castelle Flame Imperial is a 110-inch outdoor kitchen grill island engineered for serious outdoor entertaining at scale. Four high-efficiency stainless steel burners, a ceramic infrared rear burner, and a dedicated side burner combine for 72,000 BTU of total output across a 485 sq. in. cooking surface — with 8mm stainless steel grids, a warming rack, and dual halogen surface lights for visibility day or night. Available in Liquid Propane or Natural Gas, and in Silver or Black finish.
Built from 304 marine-grade stainless steel throughout, the Imperial is Pro-Tect tested to withstand winds up to 120 mph and 32 inches of snow under its full-coverage galvanized steel roof — a genuine year-round outdoor kitchen installation. Black granite countertops run the full length of the island, with ample storage drawers and cabinets keeping everything organized and within reach.
A double-lined hood with color-changing control knob lights and a built-in bottle opener add refined detail, while the integrated outdoor-rated refrigerator — 304 stainless steel, glass door with blue interior lighting, lockable — keeps drinks and ingredients chilled without a trip inside. A rotisserie kit is included.
